We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Branch Manager to lead our growing operations in Vadodara. In this leadership role, you will be instrumental in expanding our footprint in the financial services sector, driving the sales and distribution of our robust investment portfolios, and fostering a culture of excellence and financial literacy. Drive Business Growth: Spearhead the sales and distribution strategies for a wide array of financial products, naturally integrating offerings such as Mutual Funds, Direct Equity, ETFs, Corporate Bonds, and Dynamic Asset Allocation Funds.
Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture enduring relationships with retail investors, High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs), and corporate clients, ensuring their wealth management needs are met with the utmost precision and care.
Team Leadership: Guide, mentor, and motivate the branch sales team to consistently achieve and exceed their business targets while maintaining the highest standards of professional ethics.
Strategic Advisory Support: Work closely with our research desk to effectively communicate complex investment concepts—such as Dividend Yield Funds, Target Maturity Funds, and Green Bonds—to prospective clients in a clear, accessible manner.
Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities within Vadodara and the broader Gujarat region, promoting our specialized services like NRI Investment Advisory, Tax Planning, and Retirement Readiness Assessments.
Compliance & Operations: Ensure all branch activities strictly adhere to SEBI regulations and internal compliance standards, maintaining the integrity and trust our clients place in us.
Local Expertise: Must be a permanent resident of Vadodara with a deep understanding of the local market dynamics and community networks.
Industry Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven, hands-on experience in the Financial Services industry, specifically within Sales and Distribution.
Educational Background: A degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant industry certifications (such as NISM) will be highly advantageous.
Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate financial concepts with warmth, enthusiasm, and professionalism.
Mindset: Forward-thinking, humble, and eager to thrive in a dynamic, research-driven environment.
Fixed Base Salary: ₹3,60,000 to ₹5,00,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and market knowledge.
